Returns on Unopened Products

  • We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective.

Final Sale Items

  • Consumable items, including but not limited to creams, oils, face masks, and toners, are final sale if opened. We cannot accept returns on these items once they have been used or opened.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, you must claim it within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos.
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded, and PibuMate.com will cover the shipping fees for the return of defective items.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include your return authorization number.
  4. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Additional Information

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
